Success Through Hard Work

Friday, January 22nd, 2010

To date, I am not sure how many friends came to me and complaint to me about their working life at their work place, about their bosses, about their colleges, about their life how bad it is right now. Immediately, I asked them just one question :”So what are you going to do to fix that problem at your work?” About half of them continue to complaint to me further without providing any solutions, the other half have simply no idea how to fix or break the vicious cycle. Many time over, most of the people on planet earth wanted a lot of things that they wanted but to get there, they need to put in more hard work and effort, most of the them either didn’t ever start or give up half way.

It is because of that, I realised that being successful is not easy, it’s really not an easy task. Working adults like us for sure knows how tired are we after our work and went home, have a good shower and dinner, spend time with our family and went to sleep. The very next day, things repeat itself. In order to be successful, one have to work harder than that, planning and taking actions creating a side income for themselves instead of just rumbling, complaining about life. Some of the more motivated ones, will tell me, ok they will not give up, they will do this and that, they are fired up and ready to work harder but the moment they go back to their work, things fall back into where it is just like nothing had changed at all. This is life and to be frank, it is the fact of life to be exact. Now then I realised that successful and rich people deserved where they are right now, what they had achieved, what is the lifestyle they are having now just because of the fact that they had already put in the effort many and most of the people can’t do or do not have the will power to keep going. Right here, right now, you really need to ask yourself one question, just one :”How determined you are to want to achieve successful in your life.?”

“Do what the most can’t do now and you will achieve and enjoy what most can’t have later”

Do paper qualifications prove your capabilities?

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010

The answer to this question to me is a definite, NO!  It had been proven by other universities that how high or how good your qualifications are, doesn’t have an impact on the capabilities of yourself. Look at Bill Gates, Warran Buffett, Steve Jobs etc, they are all high school dropout but had achieve great success on their business. We are no difference from them, what is the only difference is the software that is running in the mind. They have all the attributes I had said in my previous post. They find solutions for their problems and also trying to solve problems for the world. They are not impress by how smart they are, instead they are humble, always trying to learn new things from other people and they understand the matter of fact, learning is a life long thing, it’s forever always on-going non-stop.

Many people will say :”Well, they have this and that, I don’t have this and that, I don’t have the money, I don’t have the time, I don’t have the spouse I want etc etc etc…” Take a step back and look  back at your complaints, beside complaining, what can you do to improve it? What are the solutions? If there are solutions, what are they? How do you execute them? What  is the time frame needed? What resources you have now to help you on your solutions? These should be the questions you should be asking yourself. There are no definite ways on how to go about doing something, it’s how you think and what actions you plan to take and do, that makes the difference!

Right now, stop complaining and look back what you had done so far? Good or bad. You need to start thinking, what good things had you achieved and what are the things you can learn from it. What are the bad things you had done and can they be avoided further in order to not to repeat the same mistakes again in the future. If you ask yourself all these questions, you will remain positive and keep moving forward!

Life is always not easy, it’s a test, a challenge, it’s always on-going and it never stops. No matter how high or low your qualifications are, never ever stop being humble and learn all the things you need to learn, keep faith, keep going and you will be there where you want to be one fine day!
